Gaston Technologies, through many years of design and development experience, has developed a unique process to greatly reduce the time and effort required by a client to undertake a new project, whether it be large or small. We understand the rigors of conducting day-to-day business while also trying to juggle a new project into the mix.

Following initial contact and a very broad discussion of your needs, we will prepare a document that will recap our discussions and offer various options recommended to reach a successful solution. We call this document our Pre-Statement of Work.

Once this document is delivered, it is recommended that the client discuss these various options internally to reach a consensus for work to be completed. Items can then be easily amended or deleted as the client wishes. We will then prepare a Statement of Work, which will itemize all work agreed upon for your solution to be completed exactly as you wish. This document is very detailed and highlights our discussions and each of our steps necessary to reach a completed solution.

This document will also feature specific Client Sign-Off periods, at which point we will ask for approval of work completed before proceeding further. This method ensures that we do not get too far into your project and have to go back to an earlier step to re-work anything, saving you both time and money.

That’s it. The ball is in our court at this point and you can rest assured that your project is proceeding as outlined, freeing your resources to concentrate on your own internal business.
